ESG Manager - BFS

- Ensure ESG integration in investment processes of all funds and in EAAA's business

- Liaise & coordinate with relevant internal & external stakeholders for implementation of ESG, data monitoring

- Design & roll out ESG related processes & governance structure in the organization

- Create policies, SOPs and other documentation as may be required, and drive implementation of the same across the organization

- Handle all ESG related reporting requirements (both marketing & regulatory)

- Collect and analyse large scale ESG data from portfolio companies and present them in suitable manner

- Keep abreast of latest ESG happenings in the industry & adopt best practices

- Experience in asset management industry or in financial services in lending, investment banking, equity research or in consulting

- Prior experience or keen interest in ESG / Sustainability - familiarity with global frameworks, key ESG metrics across industries, integration mechanisms etc.

- Excellent communication skills to be able to liaise with internal & external stakeholders across levels and functions

- Strong presentation skills - PowerPoint, writing reports etc.

- Good analytical skills and problem-solving mind-set

- Willingness to take ownership to identify & solve ambiguous problems
