ESG Lead

- As Lead of ESG role holder responsible to Lead developing & executing strategies for Sustainability & CSR pertaining to Climate Change, Water Conservation, and Waste Management across multiple businesses & locations

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities:

- Providing subject matter expertise on Sustainability & Climate Change to diverse businesses and ensuring Sustainability integrated into business plans

- Assessing various businesses for sustainability performance and driving sustainability initiatives benchmarking with renowned Sustainability Award Assessment Framework.

- Reporting for Conglomerates as well as Standalone Businesses on Sustainability Performance using GRI Guidelines, Carbon Disclosure The project, Dow Jones Sustainability Index.

- Worked on the Development of EHSS Management systems, EHS Compliance audits, Regulatory reviews; Gap assessment of EHS Licenses, Permits & Registrations and Phase I & Phase II Environmental Site

- Assessments (ESAs) base, managed and executed numerous Phase I ESAs and Phase II ESAs. Based on IFC, ADB, and other financial intuitions requirements.

- Worked on Environmental, Health, Safety, and Social (EHSS) Due Diligence projects funded by financial institutions such as International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Asian Development Bank (ADB).

- ESMS (Environment Social Management System)

- IMS (Integrated management system)

- Understanding of National & international financial institutions EHS&S requirements.

- Understanding and exposure to ESG (Environment Social & Governance)
