ESG/Climate Change/Sustainability Role - Big4

Hiring for ESG/ Climate Change / Sustainability role - For Big4 Consulting Firm

Mandatory Skills:

- 5-13 years of experience in projects encompassing performance transformation, value creation, strategic research, competitive benchmarking, data analytics, go-to-market strategy with leading companies (including Big4, Mckinsey, Bain, BCG, and boutique strategy consulting firms)

- Demonstrated strength in data analysis using Microsoft Excel, and experience with (or desire to learn) analytical tools such as PowerBI, Alteryx

- Experience of working as a team member or contributor in operations advisory/ management consulting space

- Exposure to ESG concepts, decarbonization projects, and ESG reporting frameworks and guidelines (including SASB, TCFD, GRI, CDP)

- Effective verbal and written communication skills including active collaboration with clients - both in offshore and onshore models - to define current state maps (blueprinting), strategy, and delivery and execution

- Customer service orientation including demonstrated issue resolution and relationship management skills

- Strong analytical and critical thinking acumen and manage end-to-end delivery for a project

- Ability to perform in a fluid changing environment (consulting) with minimal supervision
