JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
- Team handling and Product training of team.
- Direct sales & Channel sales.
- Allocation of area to sales executive, Business Development Executive.
- Collecting daily sales report form executive and follow up with inquiries.
- Cold-Call with executive for product explanation.
- Presentation for clients.
- Convincing the customer to hire elevators.
- Co ordination b/n Head office and Branch regarding the quotation inquires.
- Daily sales report maintaining.
- Dealing with team any issues with clients.
- Helping and motivation to team member to generate the leads.
- Generating his own client follow ups and acquire the new elevator orders.
- Finalization of elevators orders.
- Co-coordinating the Branch activities with Head office.
- Weekly meeting with Team members.
- Initiative work for sales to acquire new elevator.
- Monitoring the after sales ,installation,payment issues,etc.
- Management of existing clients relation and deliver .
- Analyze market trends, customers' needs and competitive offerings.
- Preparing quotation and getting the orders with optimum profits to our company, which are matching the customer requirement.
- Taking responsibility for material dispatch at the site, Erecting the Elevator with the help of installation team and closing the site with Handing Over Certificate (HOC)
- Also looking after the Commercial aspects of the business like negotiations for techno-commercial discussions, Order Finalization, Tendering, Bids, Quotations, Offers, ISO, etc.
- Business development activities, internal coordination & MIS.
DESIRED PROFILE:
- Graduate/PG having knowledge of elevator industry is an added advantage .
Experience: 7 to 10 years
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
