Job Description:


Escape Velocity is looking to hire a full-time remote Amazon Ads Manager for Quartile Operations. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work directly with team members across the globe & Fortune companies.


Responsibilities:


- End-to-end ownership of Amazon ad campaign lifecycle including planning, budgeting, targeting, implementation, conversions, optimization, and reporting.


- Work closely with brands to execute paid search and display advertising campaigns.


- Manage the setup, implementation, pacing, and reporting of Sponsored Ads, Search Ads, Product Display Ads, and other Amazon DSP campaigns.


- Consistently perform campaign optimizations including but not limited to keyword research, keyword bids, keyword generation, campaign targeting, and product categorization.


- Compile data from multiple sources using Google Sheets to report KPIs such as Conversion Rates, ROAS, CTR, etc.


- Manage the spending budgets of clients and ensure the health of all accounts.


- Stay up-to date with Amazon Advertising's latest changes and updates to the platform to ensure the latest best practices and approaches.


Qualifications:


- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or other related fields.


- Preferred Minimum 3 years of experience working with a brand or agency directly including at least 1 year of Amazon Ads experience.


- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills as the candidate will work with MNCs.


- Proven track record in launching and managing Amazon Ad campaigns.


- Strong ability to creatively solve tough problems think outside the box.


- Ownership mindset with ability to multitask with attention to detail.


- Tech savvy with an ability to learn new tools and software.


- Ideal candidate should have, at least 3 years of experience working in core Amazon PPC with a brand or agency (including 1 year with Amazon Ads), strong communication skills, a proven track record in Amazon ad campaign management, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in data analysis and learning new software. The role requires working in the Indian Time Zone.
