We have an opportunity for an ERP Solutions Sales Manager (India - West) for one of our MNC client, which provides IT Services and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services company.

Role : ERP Sales Manager - West

- Applications & Consulting Sales across verticals in Western India

- Create , developing & manage Strategic Accounts across Verticals

- Manage sales for consulting, outsourcing and technologies such as SAP, IBM and Oracle.

- Maintain key relationships with the Technology partners

Job Description:

- Maintain thought leadership across our focus area (sector, offers)

- Must have Prior experience in selling of large deals around ERP solutions, Outsourcing, Total Outsourcing.

- Understand and discuss sales plan with sales leader to agree on potential major opportunities to be chased in his/her own focus area (sector, offers)

- Qualify major opportunities to be further pursued, drive consistency between sales strategy (value messages, relationship approach, competitive differentiation) and content work managed by bid team (solution design, pricing and costing, delivery of proposal, planned project management)

- Manages and accountable for the opportunity along the collaborative selling sales process until closing, build and maintain an external network and client relationships

- Address complex client issues involving interactions up to executive level and master meetings and negotiations techniques

- Manages and accountable for the opportunity along the collaborative selling sales process until closing

- Leverage CRM system to document sales strategy and progress on opportunity

- Manage business development costs according to levels set by business unit leaders and provide forecast to Business Unit/Business Area sales leadership

- Achieve individual and team sales target for funnel generation, revenue and billing
