About the Role : ERP Head - SAP

Job Description :

- Propose and implement the SAP Development Plan and ensure the optimization of information systems media/resources; ensure the design and implementation of application solutions, in line with the strategic objectives.

- To overseeing SAP systems in the organization for tightly integrating business processes of all the functions with IT system.

- Prior experience in multiple implementations in FICO with strong Portfolio Management experience.

- Define the Development Plan for information systems in terms of hardware and software by ensuring the logical/functional consistency

- Propose the policy for the development of SAP systems

- Definition of the budget and the multi-year plan for over all ERP systems in compliance with corporate requirements

- Define the technical/functional and service level specifications of outsourced Facility Management

- Ensure compliance with regulatory principles for the protection of personal data in terms of security

- Lead role to provide clarity on SAP projects and SAP systems.

- Decision on local team structure and team formation.

- Support in implementation partner / vendor finalization.

- Defining ERP system roadmap and planning for execution.

Desired Profile :

Job Requirements :

- CA with 12+ of overall experience with recent 6+yrs experience in SAP FICO multiple implementation experience.

- Strong Business process knowledge in FICO and cross functional modules.

- Experience in the design and development/configuration of enterprise software.

- Prior experience in Portfolio Management.

- Very strong understanding of integration of technologies.

- Should be experienced in working on a reimplementation plan.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Able to build and maintain excellent relationship.

- Ability to efficiently interact with different teams, senior management & Business users

- Able to lead and collaborate with several functional team members who are highly experienced.
