ERP Consultant - Finance Domain - Manufacturing

Role Title : ERP Consultant - Finance

Qualification and Experience :

- Chartered Accountant / MBA / ICW or any qualification in Finance with at good amount of exposure in Finance ERP field (Baan).

Job Responsibilities :

- Knowledge about FP7 Systems workings, tables and the configuration related matters.

- Implementation of Infor ERP

- Strong knowledge in Financial, taxation and India localization module of ERP LN FP7.

- Good knowledge in manufacturing, sales, purchase, pricing, costing, warehousing, invoicing modules of ERP LN FP7.

- Responsible for seamless operations of ERP application based on the provision of stable IT infrastructure IT ERP Team management

- Negotiating/coordinating with Annual Maintenance Service providers

- Troubleshooting and Infor ERP key user support

- Guide Infor ERP key users on the Standard Functionality of ERP

- Analyze the GAP between Standard Functionality and business process followed by company.

- Identify the customization requirements for fulfilling the GAPS in the ERP software

- Prepare functional specifications for customizations

- Coordination with the appointed Annual Maintenance service Provider for the resolution of the problem reported by key user.

- Conduct internal ERP training for the ERP key user within organization

- Testing of ERP during the migrations, ERP upgrade, customizations.

- Maintenance of Infor ERP DEM.

- Coordinating with Global ICT Manager for ERP Application

- IT ERP budget preparation

- Assist Head Finance to prepare the project plans, control and monitor the ERP related projects and implement the ERP system based internal controls
