- India's leading gated community app, is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our innovative ERP solution.

- As the ERP SaaS Business Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming how societies manage their finances and operations.

What does our ERP solution do?

Think of Company's ERP SaaS as your one-stop shop for managing everything financial within your gated community. It's a robust accounting tool built specifically for the needs of societies, offering features like:

- End-to-End Accounting: Effortlessly track both income and expenses, ensuring complete transparency and financial control.

- Customized Workflows: Tailor the system to your RWA's specific needs with dedicated and customizable workflows.

- Streamlined Maintenance Management: Generate invoices for maintenance charges with ease, using customizable methods as per society structure

- Automated Reminders and Defaulter Management: Stay on top of dues with automated reminders and efficient tools for handling late payments

What You'll Do:

- Own the P&L: Drive the growth and profitability of our $350Mn annual payments business through strategic initiatives.

- Growth: Own the growth charter to retain and deliver 40%+ YoY growth

- Dominate SaaS in Gated Communities: Develop & execute a plan to double our user base and become the undisputed leader in ERP for societies

- Forge Strategic Partnerships: Identify and build partnerships with accounting providers, prepaid partners, and other relevant players to fuel expansion

- Empower Your Team: Lead a passionate team of 15-20 individuals dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our community users.

- Product Innovation: Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure our ERP solution remains at the forefront of innovation

- Operational Excellence: Focus on continuously improving service delivery metrics and driving the ERP business towards profitability.

Who You Are:

- Experience of 7-10 years + relevant roles

- Finance background with MBA/IIM preferred

- Proven track record of success in building and scaling SaaS businesses.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

- Adept problem-solver with a knack for identifying and implementing strategic solutions.

- Experience leading and motivating high-performing teams.

- Demonstrated ability to foster strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Operations).

- Passionate about simplifying the lives of residents and property management in gated communities.
