Responsibilities:
- Support, maintain and monitor corporate global applications and application platforms
- Maintain and monitor corporate application strategies and application platforms
- Monitor, maintain and report on capacity across components, application availability, security, roadmaps
- Manage and deliver application DR and BCP
- Own and develop core operating processes
- Manage and deliver weekly, monthly and other reports
- Derive process and application platform improvements and developments
- Plan strategic development of corporate application platforms
- Maintain excellent knowledge of technology release schedules and updates
- Engage with key stakeholders to provide technical consultancy and guidance
- Work closely with international offices to understand their requirements and ensure solutions are fit for purpose and legislatively compliant
- Engage with suppliers, establishing and owning relationships and evaluating new functionality and technologies
- Develop and maintain systems of governance, responsibility and accountability for all application activity in the company, working with auditors as required
- Manage, record and deliver all application and configuration documentation (via DevOps) and change records
- Develop and implement SLAs and KPIs.
- Provide guidance, advice and support on technology and technical systems as required.
