Key Accountabilities:

- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan

- Lead the day-to-day management and optimization of campaigns across ad platforms

- Manage budgets and deliver performance marketing briefs across multiple channels; Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads and LinkedIn Ads

- Work closely with clients to identify their priorities and develop effective campaigns for achieving their goals

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

- Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

- Drive continued optimization of paid campaigns through performance analysis, ad copy testing, quality score improvement, keyword management etc.

- Analyze data, develop observations and recommended improvements.

- Articulate and synthesize data to internal team members to influence spending decisions/ digital marketing strategies.

- Responsible for sharing knowledge and information with the performance marketing team and internal stakeholders

- Responsible for identifying, pitching and successfully winning new paid business for Eridium

- Work closely with current Engage clients, highlighting opportunities to upsell and expand on current relationships

- Constantly identify opportunities and methods to increase efficiencies through automation and tools

- Manage daily performance reports and share insights with the team to achieve targets

- Responsible for a successful track record of measuring and maximizing ROI across a variety of performance marketing channels and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:

- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in B2B performance marketing, preferably in the Digital Marketing arena

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams

- Experience managing, planning and optimising multiple live campaigns simultaneously

- Ability to translate complex data concepts to easy-to-understand digestible decks

- Sound experience in managing multiple projects

- Proficiency with all ad platforms (Search, Social, and Programmatic)

- Proven track record of creating and managing successful performance-based campaigns across various channels.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics.

- Must be up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

- Ability to prioritize strategically and analyze large sets of data
