Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an HR Delivery Specialist for Market Area Learning Programs. Who will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the stakeholders in the Market Area that belong to the network of L&D (Learning & Development).
Key Responsibilities:
- Point of Contact for L&D managers across the globe.
- Communicates with global stakeholders on Phone and e-mail.
- Coordinates learning requests and delivery of learning programs with stakeholders
- Back end activities on the Learning Management System
- Coordinates Planning and organizing of region programs and learning items
- Drives regular Operational and Governance meetings with region
- Level II support for employees and operational line managers
- Escalates incidents and issues on behalf of the stakeholders to responsible groups
- Coordinates with training participants, course facilitators and, when necessary, with external vendor
- Liaison with External vendors for finalization of required training solutions, training dates and necessary logistics
- Maintenance of Work Trackers for tracking KPI and Volume
- Conduct Internal Audits to minimize errors
- Conduct Knowledge Sharing Sessions within the team and with stakeholders
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor- s/Master's Degree
- Min years of experience: 5 years or more
- Willing to work in a 24/7 working environment
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Good Presentation skills
- People Management & Stakeholder Management
