We are developing Munshify, a No-Code/Low-Code platform, and currently strategizing its Go-To-Market (GTM) approach.
About the role:
We are seeking a passionate, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager who excels in both digital marketing and growth marketing.
This role will focus on SEO, lead generation & qualification, marketing automation, and performance analytics to drive top-of-the-funnel growth and customer acquisition across various channels/campaigns.
This hands-on role requires expertise in SEO, performance marketing, marketing automation, and A/B testing, and the ability to adapt quickly in a high-growth environment.
What Success Looks Like in This Role:
Significant growth in top-of-funnel metrics and organic traffic through effective SEO and digital marketing strategies.
Consistent generation of high-quality leads with improved MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, contributing directly to revenue targets.
Seamless integration of marketing automation workflows that improve efficiency in lead nurturing, segmentation, and scoring, leading to higher conversion rates and a stronger impact on revenue.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement end-to-end growth strategies focused on lead generation, MQLs, and optimizing conversion rates.
- Own and optimize organic and paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, content campaign, email / sms / whatsapp marketing etc.) designed to convert traffic into qualified leads.
- Plan and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive qualified leads through on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Lead the development of new landing pages, including localization in multiple languages, assessing developer efforts and coordinating with their team to meet technical requirements.
- Own the technical integration and automation of marketing tools (Hubspot, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs) to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Must be proficient in setting up workflows on Hubspot / n8n.
- Manage inbound lead qualification and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Leverage data analytics to track and optimize marketing performance; build actionable reports and dashboards to inform data-driven decisions and measure ROI.
Must have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on growth marketing, SEO, and performance marketing.
- Deep expertise in SEO strategies and performance marketing, including keyword research, technical SEO, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, growth strategies, and lead generation techniques.
- Experience with Hubspot / n8n , marketing automations, and other technical tooling.
- A/B testing experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in early-stage or high-growth startups managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed marketing decisions.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and their impact on conversion optimization (nice to have).
- A self-starter mentality, with the ability to take ownership of projects from end to end and work autonomously to drive results.
