ER/IR Head - Service Industry

We have a Urgent opportunity for ER / IR Head for a UK Based Service Industry for Chennai location.

Roles & Responsibility:

- Managing a large, unionized workforce dispersed across locations

- Applying deep understanding of prevailing labour laws, statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and establish appropriate risk mitigation mechanism

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders involved - unions, workers committee, employees, Govt. and other statutory authorities

- Providing continuous support to business and HR teams in managing employee related issues

- Scope of direct and indirect staff managed is close to 1,25,000 resources

- Employee and Industrial Relations Strategy

- Industrial Relations Management Engagement

- Discipline and Governance

- Ensure compliance with all Labor Laws; liaising with statutory and civil authorities from time to time

- Should be from B Premier School.
