Equity Trader

Job Role:

- As an Equity and Derivatives Dealer, you will play a critical role in executing orders and managing client relationships. This role requires active engagement with clients, providing them with market insights, trading ideas, and real-time support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Order Execution: Execute trading orders accurately and efficiently for an assigned client base.

- Market Insights: Share market insights, trading ideas, and updates on news flow and fund flows with clients to inform their trading decisions.

- Client Trading Limits: Set and monitor trading limits for each assigned client, ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk guidelines.

- Target Achievement: Work to achieve monthly and quarterly trading and revenue targets set for each client.

- Client Engagement: Maintain daily communication with clients to foster strong relationships and encourage trading activities.

- Deal Sourcing: Identify and source potential block deals that align with client objectives.

- Client Meetings: Conduct regular client meetings to discuss trading strategies, address inquiries, and understand client needs.

- Order and Trade Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date order and trade sheets to ensure seamless tracking and reporting.
