JOB SUMMARY
Equity Roadshow 'Coordinators' are responsible for the execution of all research, investor education, “reverse Roadshow” and corporate Roadshow marketing and global presenters marketing. The new hire in Mumbai will be responsible for completing the following tasks on a day-today basis.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work extensively with Corporate Access, Research, Sales and Banking globally to create and organize all aspects of roadshows.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Devise logistically efficient schedules
- Collaborate with regional sales managers to determine research marketing needs in each territory
- Coordinate every aspect of travel including hotels, cars, trains and commercial flights
- Production and distribution of marketing materials
- Collaborate with corporate access, corporate broking, research sponsor and corporate investor relations representative to determine optimal meeting allocation to our buy-side accounts
- Process all related marketing invoices in a timely manner and ensure that the appropriate cost center bears the relevant expense
- Create accounts for new marketing calendar users
- Provide marketing calendar training for new users
- Assist sales with entering “one-off” meetings and pulling account meeting history reports
- Maintain vendor relationships, particularly car service and hotel/restaurants, through quarterly meetings
- Maintain marketing calendar database (users, venue, hotels, etc.)
- Collaborate with sales to organize “reverse Roadshow” meetings for top tier accounts wishing to travel around the US and meet privately with specific corporate
- Gather and edit post meeting feedback for corporate IR roadshows
- Book external meeting venues and coordinate appropriate even setup including audio-visual and menu needs
- Weekly preparation of “forward calendar” for International sales
- Weekly preparation of “forward calendar” for Domestic sales
- Log ALL corporate conference call participants
- Maintain detailed monthly NDR activity reports for each US research analyst and provide US Research management with biannual report for each analyst’s activity as part of the mid-year and annual PMO process
