Equity Research Specialist - Construction Industry

Salary Range : 10lpa- 20lpa

Primary Skill : IR framework, MIS, Risk Analysis, Competition Analysis

- Support in releasing information, handling inquiries and meetings, providing feedback to management, and crisis management

- Prepare investor presentations, quarterly/annual results, sector themes, and competitive landscape

- Developing IR framework, and preparing FAQs for quarterly earning calls and road shows. Responding to queries by analysts/investors

- Investor Communication via conferences and one-on-one meetings

- Understanding of Investor concerns, tracking progress on mitigation actions, ensuring consistent realistic communication with market participants

- Help in maintaining relationships with institutional investors

- Help in engaging with Analysts, tracking and analyzing their ratings and expectations along with those of peer companies

- Continuous analysis of change in shareholding pattern to have focused investor targeting

- Update top management through various MIS or major movements in stock prices, and shareholding.

- Competition Analysis : Performing comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitors' behavior, and strategy. Presenting key insights and competition benchmarking to management periodically.

- The role involves developing an in-depth understanding of business models, generating insights through research or due diligence, and evaluating viability, scalability & sustainability
