Position Title: Equity Research Analyst - IT / Technology Sector

Location: Ahmedabad

Reports to: Head of Equities

Brief Overview of the Job:

- The analyst will be responsible for conducting high quality research and analysis on stocks and equities.

- He will be constantly interacting with other internal stakeholders to deliver high quality research reports backed with verifiable data and justifiable assumptions.

- The person should have a deep understanding of Indian IT sector, major players operating in the IT space and keen interest in upcoming technological trends.

Job Responsibilities:

- Conducting quality research and equity analysis to come up with stock picking ideas.

- Interacting with various stakeholders and corporates to deliver high quality research reports.

- Nurturing and mentoring the team of associates and engaging in constructive dialogues with the team on an on-going basis.

- Developing relationships with relevant people in the industry and striving for client recognition in stock picking skills.

Person Specification:

- Ideal candidate should have about 3-7 years of experience in tracking Indian IT Sector (Mid caps/Large caps).

- Looking for someone who has very good research report writing skills.

- CFA qualified candidates would be preferred
