Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities of the profile / candidate:

- Client Acquisition: Identify and attract high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients interested in equity investments.

- Equity Advisory: Provide expert advice on equity investment opportunities and recommend tailored portfolios.

- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, monitor portfolio performance, and make recommendations.

- Market Analysis: Stay informed about equity markets and industry trends, conducting research for investment opportunities.

- Compliance and Education: Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain records, and educate clients about equity investments and strategies.

Skills Required:

- Trading Platforms: Familiarity with equity trading systems.

- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in equity sales. Ability to understand, interpret and communicate research notes.

Bonus Soft aspect Skills:

- Communication: Effective communication to convey complex equity concepts and strategies to clients.

- Client Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

- Negotiation: Skill in negotiating investment terms and agreements with clients and counterparties.

- Resilience: Ability to handle market volatility and setbacks with a positive and resilient attitude.

- Problem-Solving: Capability to identify and address client concerns and adapt to changing market conditions.
