Equity/Investment Research Practice - Operations Delivery

To work closely with the Head Investment Research, Leadership and the Management team and be responsible for operations delivery.

To establish and sustain key relationships with clients and internal stake holders.

To add key best practices, thereby creating a leading organisation and preferred brand to associate with the areas of expertise

Help manage and grow business to position of global leadership

Strategizing and implementing companys long term and short term goals.

Manage a P&L and maintain adherence to team productivity, utilization and efficiency.

Responsible for the performance of the operations teams for the vertical.

Motivate the team members to excel in the respective functions thereby creating a performance driven culture.

Regularly have performance and project reviews with teams, informing the progress to the management
