PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Efficient Execution of equity deals as instructed by the FM

- Managing Equity ETFs as per inflows & outflows with minimum tracking error

DECISIONS:

(Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end):

- Equity Trades with minimum impact cost both for active & passive scheme

INTERACTIONS:

Internal Clients:

- Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work

- Interaction with Investment Team, Operation Team & Risk Management Team on an ongoing basis

External Clients:

- Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work

- Interact with empaneled brokers

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

a) Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream, Good Communication Skill

b) Work Experience:

- 6-8-year experience in Equity Dealing in a Mutual Fund

c) Personal Attributes/ Behavioral skills:

- Ability to work in a team environment, Patience, Motivated to Lear
