Equity Capital Markets - Investment Banking (Execution Role)

Job Description:

- Manage the execution of ECM transactions, ensuring adherence to timelines and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare and review offering documents, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings and roadshows.

- Monitor market trends and assess their impact on equity offerings and pricing strategies.

- Liaison with clients and law firms in preparation of documentation, undertaking due diligence and managing the overall stage wise execution till listing stage.

- Participate in client pitches and presentations, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of ECM products and services.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1) Extensively worked on execution of ECM products

2) End to End Deal execution experience

3) Complete Regulatory Knowledge for majority of ECM products

4) Understanding of Due diligence required for Equity Capital Market Transaction (i.e. IPO, QIP, Open Offer, FPO etc.)

5) Sound knowledge of financial parameters

6) An aptitude to undertake extensive research and data search and prepare top of class pitches and presentations.

7) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

8) A Team player
