Equitas Small Finance Bank - Relationship Manager - Working Capital

1. Achieving the Budgeted numbers for both Funded Products & Non Funded Products.

2. Focus to continually increase the book size and profitability of the assigned portfolio.

3. Ensuring that the Utilization in the portfolio is above the prescribed norm.

4. Cross Sell of other banking products

5. Follow up with customer for Interest Recovery, Security perfection, Covenant Clearance

6. Time Bound action in TOD /ADHOC request raised by the Customers

7. Ensuring no slippage of the relationship to NPA

8. Renewal of Accounts in time bound manner
