Purpose of the role:
- To contribute to the design and delivery of organizational development initiatives that support the bank wide strategic HR plans and key business imperatives.
- To develop and execute relevant programs, training and other organizational-wide initiatives that facilitates the achievement of culture goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion and oversee cultural integration across the organization by delivering fit-for-purpose solutions and novel initiatives that deep-drive the culture strategy.
- Calibrate the progress and effectiveness of interventions delivered and review of the ongoing cultural initiatives.
- Analyse benefit-impact through cultural diagnostic studies and use insights proactively to feed into continuous improvement.
- Build rapport and cohesively work with the matrix of expertise and HRs across Business as appropriate, to influence cultural solutions.
- Diagnose potential problematic areas emerging from talent agenda perspective and deliver organizational-wide systemic OD interventions and solutions using appropriate OD tools and frameworks.
- Design and develop the potential competency framework along with appropriate evaluation criteria and assessment methodologies (using external partners wherever deemed necessary) to identify High Potential (HiPots) cohorts for organization.
- Design and develop appropriate competency models to identify and determine organizational-wide core behavioral competencies and core values-related behavioral standards.
Desired Experience:
- Preferably MBA with 10-16 years of experience in OD, developing competency framework.
- Should have experience in designed and delivered training programs.
- Should have liaised with stakeholders to understand training requirements and addressed the same through initiatives undertaken.
- Certification in OD Preferred.
