The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Regional Sales Lead to grow our sales operations in Gujarat and Mumbai.

This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who is passionate about driving growth and achieving sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Team Management: Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team/ interns in the coming time.

- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.

- Market Expansion: Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

- Implement effective strategies to penetrate new markets and maximize market share.

- Must know user-friendly techniques to create email campaigns, automation, and subscriber data.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor regional sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

- Use data-driven insights to guide decisions and improve team productivity.

- Must be expert in creating power point, sales pitch, and customer personas based on sales history.

- Customer Engagement: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.

- Resolve important client issues and complaints.

- Streamlines the process of creating, sending, and tracking business proposals and contracts.

- Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with other regional leaders and central management to align on broader company goals.

- Provide detailed reports on regional sales results, including forecasting and tracking key account metrics.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven Sales Experience: You have at least 3-4 years of successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, with at least 1 years in a lead role.

- Leadership Skills: You are not only a natural leader but also a team player who knows how to grow and scale up a business in a fast-paced environment.

- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the heavy equipment or related industry is highly preferred.

- You should have a keen understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

- Communication Proficiency: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Analytical Skills: Strong business sense and industry expertise.

- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.

- Must be an expert in creating detailed data visualizations from sales data.

- Educational Background: Master's/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- An MBA would be an added advantage.
