Job Brief:
- As the Alliances and Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing.
- Strategic alliances and partnerships that align with our company's goals.
You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the success of these partnerships, from initial engagement through to implementation. and ongoing management.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills,. and a deep understanding of the industry landscape.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and Develop Partnerships: Identify potential partners that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop and nurture these relationships to create mutually beneficial alliances.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan for alliances and partnerships.
- Ensure alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
- Negotiation and Deal Management: Lead negotiations to establish partnership agreements.
- Manage the entire deal lifecycle, from initial contact through to contract signing and implementation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, product development, and legal to ensure successful partnership execution.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships.
- Use data to optimize and enhance the value of these relationships.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for partnerships.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on partnership activities, performance, and outcomes for senior management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- An advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
Skills:
o Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
o Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure partnership performance.
o Proven ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the industry landscape and market dynamics relevant to. our business.
Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
