What is the role?
- We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive product adoption.
- In this role, you'll be involved with marketing strategy from beginning to end & will create narratives, programs, and campaigns.
- The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing & sales, product, data analytics, to optimize and scale our marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities:
- Determining positioning, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base.
- Conceptualize, build out, execute, and measure marketing initiatives end-to-end.
- Work closely with the product & marketing teams on launches, positioning, messaging, events, website, social, campaigns, marketing assets, and customer-facing programs Work with Product teams to identify critical user journeys for consumers.
- Identify important opportunities to drive step-changes in user growth, increase user engagement with product features, and drive user adoption of existing features.
- Analyse, design, and optimize funnels to drive user action towards key desired actions that lead to retention and business metrics.
- Design user growth experiments and create scaled user lifecycle programs that drive product adoption and engagement.
- Drive consensus, and prioritize ideas to drive growth, and work across functions and channels to implement cohesive user lifecycle strategy and supporting initiatives.
- Lead internal/external communication strategy for sharing actionable, incisive findings and insights, and generate from product and engineering partners to drive action on these insights
- Identify right activation channels based on customer buying journey, which is effective for the specific customer segments.
- Define metrics and dashboards for monitoring and evaluating marketing success.
- Measure selected marketing campaigns by establishing objectives and targets, tracking and analysing performance, report return-on-objectives.
What are we looking for?
- Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience with technology/ digital first businesses.
- Experience with managing large campaigns and bringing new products or features to market 3-5 years of proven experience in go to market deployment role.
- Experience influencing & collaborating with internal and external marketing & sales stakeholders and working across cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to extract actionable insights from large data sets.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
