Technology Head

We are seeking a Head of Technical to lead and manage our technical team. As the Head of Technical, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations of the company and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the technical team, including software engineers, hardware engineers, and IT specialists, ensuring that all team members are working effectively and efficiently.

- Develop and implement technical strategies and plans to support the company's business goals and objectives.

- Oversee the development and delivery of technical projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that technical solutions align with business requirements.

- Manage relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and consultants.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and make recommendations to senior management on how to incorporate these into the company's technical strategy.

- Create and manage technical budgets, resource plans, and project schedules.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations, including data protection and cybersecurity.

- Conduct technical interviews for potential new hires and assess their technical skills and fit for the team.

- Mentor and coach team members to develop their technical and professional skills.

- Have experience with Node.js, Next.js, MQTT protocol for loT, FIREBASE, FLUTTER, and AWS technology stack.

- In addition to your Salary package, you are eligible for our ESOP scheme.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- At least 1 to 5 years of experience in technical management, with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.

- Strong technical skills and expertise, with a deep understanding of software development, hardware engineering, and IT infrastructure.

- Experience conducting technical interviews and assessing candidates for technical fit.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and senior management.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing technical strategies and plans to support business goals and objectives.

- Experience in managing budgets, resources, and project schedules.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.

- Experience with Node.js, Next.js, MQTT protocol for loT, FIREBASE, FLUTTER, and AWS technology stack.
