Reporting to the Senior Director-Recruiting, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders in a hyper growth environment, partner with the Leadership team to support strategic and operational hiring efforts, provide detailed analysis and insight into recruiting performance. - The role requires a high degree of self-motivation, integrity, tenacity and the ability and desire to be a proud ambassador of Epsilon. What you will do :&nbsp; - You will partner with Leadership, Human Resources and Hiring Managers to facilitate a strategic, effective and efficient recruiting process, provide leadership and direction to the recruiting team to include supervision, mentoring, coaching, training and developing staff. - Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from planning &amp; sourcing to candidate assessment and offers for the Business Units he/she is assigned. - Work with the recruiting team and hiring managers to improve and implement highly effective, results-driven recruiting strategies for domestic and international hiring. - Leverage a variety of sources including referrals, ATS, job boards, social media and like to attract qualified candidates. - Recruit effectively to continually improve on KPIs/metrics &amp; industry benchmarks. - Function as in-house consultant and the subject matter expert in recruitment &amp; staffing. - Effectively support multiple client needs &amp; manage against tight hiring deadlines for business-critical roles. - Conduct various types of analytics to support the business operations, develop creative insights that accelerate business performance and set systems in place to track performance. - Acts as a conduit between top management, employees and other stakeholders. - Participate in the communication function including broad employee engagement (in consultation with HR); and development and reinforcement of organizational vision and priorities. What you will need :&nbsp; - The individual must have 10 - 16 years of experience, with atleast 5 years in managing diverse teams - Have exceptional communication skills and a very strong ability to manage a variety of globally dispersed Epsilon leaders. - Demonstrate a high level of discretion, tact, judgment, and poise and must have a solid aptitude for maintaining highly confidential information. - Exceptional analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills with the ability to see patterns; bring a structured and logical approach to decision making and manage execution. - Strong willed, decisive, a fast learner and able to effect changes fast. - Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence different styles. - Past experience with full lifecycle of recruiting in a high-volume Technology /Non-Tech hiring environment
