Epsilon - Director - Media

JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking data-loving Media Director with 15+ years of media strategy, planning and implementation experience; someone who wields data like a ninja to deliver impressive media analysis, and plan implications and recommendations in order to exceed our clients- media objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborate with Strategy and Data teams on day to day basis

- Assist in development of media strategy and building of media plans, including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, budgeting, analysis, etc.

- Thoroughly understand client's business, goals and KPIs

- Actively develop and manage end-to-end media execution to ensure client's goals are exceeded

- Understand vendor/partner capabilities across entire media channel landscape

a. Identify vendors/partners to deliver against media plan

b. Solicit bids and negotiate pricing/placements

c. Day-to-day vendor/partner execution management

- Analyze performance data by channel, provide intelligent synthesis, interpretations, and present appropriate strategic action plans based on analysis/conclusions

- Push boundaries of media ecosystem to drive efficient and effective cross-channel results

- Provide creative guidance to clients, partner agencies, and internal teams based on goals and media

- Track competitive media activity and analysis for client's brands

- Provide ongoing media education and POVs (industry updates, emerging channels, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

- 14+ years of experience in performance marketing

- Significant experience with complex cross-channel media campaign management

- Demonstrated analytical excellence and data interpretation skills

- Strong leadership and client-service experience

- Excellent communicator (verbal and written)

- Experience leading direct client relationship responsibilities: regular reporting, collaborative strategic planning, and performance management

- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines

- Detail-oriented and organized

- Enthusiastic, passionate, and committed
