EPL - Head - Financial Accounting

Must Have: Experience working with Listed company. Must have lead a team of 4 -5 members.

Head - Financial Accounting

- This role is responsible for preparation of ledger accounts and consolidation of Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheet for the organization in a timely and accurate manner.

- The position is additionally responsible for working capital and fixed assets management.

- The role holder will be responsible for handling complete gamut of financial and accounting activities of the units - responsible for unit accounting, statutory compliance, account receipts and payments, MIS & reporting in a timely and accurate manner.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Consolidation and Finalization of Accounts.

2. Timely and Accurate management of Accounts Receivables/Accounts Payables.

3.Financial and Budgetary Control - Unit wise.

4. Internal Accounting and Control.

5. Vendor Development and management.

6. 100% Adherence to Financial norms/ regulations/ compliance.

7. MIS & Reporting.

8. Leadership & Team Development.
