Strategic Consultant - M&A
Primary Responsibility is to provide Strategic Planning on:
- Board-Level Projects. Act as financial and strategic consultant to C-level execs of business, including advising on corporate M&A, identifying and developing new growth opportunities, and finding business synergies
- Competitor Review. Perform competitor review and bench marking, in-depth quarterly reviews and regular monitoring of competitors
- Corporate/Investor Relations. Help develop CEO/Executive internal processes, and assist in relations with public and private investors
- Group Strategy, including developing and articulating LRP's used to identify key trends and opportunities, and forecast all businesses. Act as - Business Partner- with Heads of new initiatives to co-develop business plans
Requirements:
- BE/ MBA/ CA/ CFA from reputed institutes with 3-4 years of total experience in a -Management Consulting role with a big 4 or other notable consulting firms.
- Working in Strategy consulting (major area of expertise), and Operational consulting (minor area of expertise)
- Management consulting/investment banking/corporate strategy background preferred Project management.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel/PowerPoint preferred.
- Significant interest in general management and strategy, ability to think creatively and in an unstructured environment, strong communication/organization skills.
