- EPIC is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Noida.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in financial services, insurance, or technology industries.
Key Skills :
- Expertise in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels (social media, professional networks, direct sourcing).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing agency relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with local and global leaders to develop and execute sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Develop and manage recruitment budgets.
- Anticipate hiring needs and build a database of potential candidates.
- Expand sourcing strategies and drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives.
- Manage online reputation and campus branding efforts.
- Support the development of an alumni database and engagement program.
- Assist in EPIC IP hiring outside India.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate database using ATS and recruitment tools.
Reporting :
- Provide regular updates on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and market insights.
- Develop and maintain reporting systems and a database of rejected candidates.
