Role Profile: Senior Manager - Fund Pricing Team.

Role description and responsibility overview:

Attending Board Meetings: Participate in board meetings to provide updates on fund pricing activities, present reports, and address any queries or concerns.

Hiring: Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new team members, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates.

Supporting: Provide support and guidance to team members, assisting with day-to-day activities, answering queries, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Reviewing Monthly KPI Reports: Analyse and review monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports, identify trends, and provide insights to drive performance improvement.

Year-End Adjustments: Process necessary adjustments and entries to ensure accurate year-end financial reporting and compliance.

Audit Adjustments and Reconciliation: Collaborate with auditors to address any adjustments or reconciliation requirements, ensuring accurate financial statements.

Supporting Operations on Automation/Work Migration/Conversion Projects: Assist in the implementation of automation initiatives, work migration, and system conversion projects to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Supporting Global Changes in Operating Procedures: Collaborate with global teams to support the implementation of changes in operating procedures, ensuring consistency and alignment across regions.

Coordinating with Internal/External Stakeholders: Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal teams, external service providers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, address queries, and resolve any issues that arise.

Candidate profile:

Qualification: MBA /Business Graduate with Finance Background / ACCA / CA Qualified.

Relevant Work Experience 8-10 years.

- Excellent Interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of MS Excel is must.

- Team management.

- Excellent Communication skills.

- Should have good experience in the service Industry in multi-client handling.

- Focused on internal and external client needs.

- Calm and focused under pressure.
