EPIC Investment Partners - Senior Manager - Client Reporting

- We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Manager - Client Reporting to oversee the preparation, review, and delivery of high-quality reporting for our clients.

- The candidate will ensure timely, accurate, and insightful reporting, drive process enhancements, and foster client satisfaction while managing and mentoring a dedicated reporting team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of client reports, including financial statements, performance summaries, and portfolio analyses.

- Ensure compliance with IFRS, FRS 102, and other relevant accounting standards.

- Develop and implement reporting frameworks to meet client-specific and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor and enhance processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in reporting.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of data and insights into reporting deliverables.

- Address client queries and provide detailed explanations of financial statements and reports.

- Prepare Board packs and other key presentations for stakeholders.

- Lead the development and delivery of training to the reporting team to ensure adherence to best practices.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies for compliance and reporting accuracy.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting quality and operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Qualified CA/ACCA with 8+ years of post-qualification experience.

- Extensive knowledge of financial reporting, accounting for SMEs, and multi-jurisdictional rules.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling.

- Proven experience in managing and mentoring a reporting or financial team (minimum 3 years).

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to explain complex financial data.

- Excellent written and spoken English for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
