- Design, develop, document and operationalize recruitment process.
- Man-power planning.
- Custodian of recruitment indents.
- Scheduling interviews of relevant candidates to close the open requirements.
- Assisting in client interviews and selection of candidates to the extent required by the hiring manager.
- Preparation and circulation of recruitment reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform external market analysis and keep the management informed about the trends.
- Releasing offer letters, follow up and on boarding of the selected candidates.
- Comply with the processes governing routine business work.
- Handle any other ad-hoc responsibility assigned in the due course of the business.
- Abide by the information security related policies and procedures ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets, created and maintained by Ephicacy and highlight the risks involved regarding the same Roles and Responsibilities
- Should have experience in Pharma, Healthcare Recruitment and experience hiring biostatisticians, SAS Programmers
