Job Title: Manager, Learning and Development.

Experience: 9 -14 years.

Location: India (Bangalore preferred but not required), remote, limited travel.

Role Overview:

- We are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our high-growth organization.

- You will play a critical role in building and executing a comprehensive learning strategy that empowers our team to achieve peak performance and drive business growth.

- The role will cover a geographically dispersed learning pool within India, US and Canada, potentially other geographies as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with functional area leaders, operations and support team members to ensure a unified approach to learning and employee experience.

- Work closely with leadership team globally to align on training needs and learning strategies.

- Cultivate a positive learning culture that emphasizes integrity, customer focus, and teamwork globally.

- Develop and implement a learning strategy aligned with CRO goals and objectives.

- Identify and assess individual and team development needs through performance data and employee feedback.

- Design and deliver engaging training programs, including workshops, coaching sessions, and online modules, tailored to specific CRO roles and skill sets.

- Partner with managers to create personalized career development plans for their team members.

- Implement innovative learning methods, incorporating technology and data analysis to optimize learning outcomes.

- Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs and demonstrate ROI.

- Stay current on the latest trends and best practices in CRO and L&D.

- Develop and manage the L&D budget and oversee vendor relationships.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within a CRO or services-focused organization.

- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
