SFDC is leading cloud-based application that facilitates planning, managing and analyzing the sales/ marketing efforts of organizations and its distribution network. The advantage of SFDC is that, besides being a robust application it is also a platform, which allows seamless configuration around client's needs.

ePEOPLE - SALESFORCE.COM : Partnership

- We are a Managed Silver Partner of SFDC in India.

- Only Managed Partners are authorized to sell Licenses in India.

- We work with Largely with Indian Client Base.

Key Responsibilities :

- To be part of a Business Development Team, in the region of Mumbai.

- Work closely with Salesforce Account Executives to close Deals.

- Nurture, qualify and convert Sourced Leads into Opportunities.

- Be able to give Demo's to prospective clients, on the Salesforce Platform

- Be upto date with the various License Types and Features of each of them

- Follow the set process, to convert the Opportunities to qualified Deals.

Required competencies :

- Work experience of a minimum of two years in Salesforce, with an overall experience of 4 -5 years.

- Perception and Expectation management capabilities.

- Strong Contact management & Team Building skills

- Good Verbal and written communication skills.

- Open to Learning and growth and willing to work hard for the same.

- Strong analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative) and the ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Professional Qualifications :

- Preferable from an engineering / MBA background.

Expected Range for CTC: Around 6 to 9 Lks PA (not a limitation for a good candidate)
