Position Objective (Briefly state what the main purpose of what this position is responsible for).

- Position should be able to develop relationship & connecting with the highest key influencers / decision makers within customer premise. Individual Contributor with high impact.

An engineering graduate in Chemical or Mechanical background, Min 10 years of sales experience, proven track record of performance and managing project orders is preferred

- Experience in selling technology products higher than market price, or new applications

- Knowledge about either Oil & Gas (upstream and downstream) industry or Water treatment, both together with proven track record in sales is the best fit.

- Position should be able to develop relationship & connecting with the highest key influencers / decision makers within customer premise

Minimum Qualifications: (List the minimum qualifications and experience this position requires. Only list those areas that are essential to this position. Be as specific as possible, i.e. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, 5 - 7 years relevant work experience).

Position Competencies: (include behavioral characteristics and leadership capabilities)

- Willing to travel atleast 10-15 days a month.

- Able to - see- the next logical steps and act accordingly to close or walk away from opportunities

- Should be able to speak English and Hindi with ease along with any other local Indian language

Conversant in MS Office

- Presentation skills - able to demonstrate value proposition to the customers

- Process Knowledge along with Hydraulics Knowledge is mandatory

Techno-Commercial Knowledge :

- Outside Sales Experience, situational based assessment on Techno-Commercial

Communication Skills - Above Expectations
