The kind of people you- ll love working with.  JOB DESCRIPTION:   This role requires a blend of experience in marketing communications within a B2B environment, technology exposure and ability to project manage multiple marketing programs.  The person must have a strong inclination towards marketing communications and have strong project management skills. The candidate would need to:   1. Understand end customer needs   2. Understand the marketing ecosystem and processes and interactions with the various agencies employed   3. Have exceptional project management skills  - Theme for the year, the positioning and the integrated campaign   - Event related collaterals - print and online, pre and post event communications to be developed to facilitate the activations for on field events and off site events   - Customer Communications - Campaigns, Case studies, sales brochures. Develop collaterals and work with segment marketing to roll out and maintain records   - Microsite update and maintenance, Innovation portal refresh. Own and manage the development with the relevant agencies.   - Internal communications - monthly updates, employee engagement through multiple mediums. Enable release through HR, Corp communication and Facilities teams   - Enabling PR and Social Media campaigns through the Corp communication team   - Agency management- Own relationship with the various agencies involved in delivering the program   - Measurement and Reporting of all metrics for program success   - Engage with multiple stakeholders to deliver the program:   - B2b program, Sales, Solutions, and segment marketing teams   - Corporate Communications, Brand, and Internal Communications team   Desired Skills and Experience  - Superior communication skills   - Superior project management skills - ability to manage multiple programs   - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies   - Technology marketing experience - 2 years +   - Total years of experience - 4 years+   - B2B Marketing experience preferred   - MBA or degree in communications   Areas of focus will include overall Digital Content Management, Keyword Research, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), analysing Web Analytics, and all Social Media Strategies & Online Outreach Programs. Online Customer Engagement & Brand Management. Assist in drafting both creative and contextual communication for marketing activities. Seek, monitor and analyse competitor marketing and sales materials online. Provide support to all social media efforts. Perform Analytical functions to understand performance and identify potential growth areas. Regularly Assess Return on Investment. Take overall responsibility of the entire Digital Marketing Communication of ePaisa through all of its Digital Channels, such as Website, Social Media Platforms, and E - Mail & Mobile Based Platforms. Optimize ePaisa marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through Email & Mobile Based Marketing. Engage in advertising on various Digital Platforms directly as well as through coordination with Digital Advertising Agency / Partners.   Experience with Google ad words / SEM. Strong analytical and data - driven thinking. Up - to - date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Out of the box thinker. Keen aesthetic sense. Flexibility to take on new roles within the marketing team.
