We're looking for a dynamic Senior Director - HR, Immigration, and Talent Acquisition to join our team in Hyderabad, India!

Job Summary:

The Senior Director, HR, Immigration, and Talent Acquisition will oversee all aspects of human resources, immigration processes, and talent acquisition strategies.

This role is crucial for ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent while maintaining compliance with immigration laws and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

- Oversee immigration processes, including visa applications and renewals, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

- Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support.

- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.

- 10 years exp in USA process.

- The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of U.S. immigration laws and regulations, particularly in relation to employment-based visas and compliance.

- People-oriented and results-driven.

- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.

- Knowledge of HR systems and databases like Zoho etc

- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
