Role: Oracle HCM Consultant (Payroll)

Location: Bangalore

- Work Timings: UK timings

- Enzen is a consulting, technology, engineering and innovative service provider for utility customers within UK and across other geographies.

- We are currently providing application support to a number of utility customers across the UK and Ireland who use Oracle e-Business Suite(EBS) Core Human Resources, Oracle Time Labour and Oracle Payroll solutions utilising Oracle best practices.

- The position is for a Technical Support Professional with a functional background in Human Capital Management.

- Reporting to Enzen's Service Delivery Manager.

- Candidates should have a good understanding of Oracle EBS Payroll, Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) and/or Oracle Core-HR modules.

- Detailed knowledge and experience of all three would be a distinct advantage.

- Experience in the Human Capital Management lifecycle with knowledge of common enterprise configuration, business practises, and HCM Reporting are highly desired.

- Support or consulting experience with Oracle EBS Payroll, OTL or Core-HR is required and experience of Oracle HCM for Cloud is highly desireable.

- Responsible for providing excellence in customer service support you will be able to; track-incidence, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, resolution of complicated and critical cases, to create re-usable knowledge content, to create and use automation systems and participate to line of business projects.

- The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a technical and functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each service incidents.

- We require HCM Experienced Consultant(s) who have experience of the following:

- To understand and also be able to define target business process design (BPDD) for Human Capital management end to end processes utilsing Oracle best practices

- Provide Good understanding of Oracle Payroll, Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) or Oracle Core-HR best practise implementation methodology and align any solution design and implementation accordingly

- Configure Oracle Payroll, OTL or Oracle Core-HR solution modules, interfaces and processes

- Have experience in utilising DevOps tools to capture configuration, code, test planning, unit and integration test execution and experience of leveraging available automation tools where ever possible

- Have ability to understand, design and deliver functional and technical specifications, to understand and support the data mappings for integration

- Determine business roles and permissions and how to support them in Payroll, OTL or Core-HR

- Manage the target business process, configuration and program artetfacts within appropriate DevOps tools.

- Devlop the release and deployment plan for delivering updates/patches/solution component enhancements

- Support the testing team to identify the E2E test scenarios, develop test scripts and deliver fixes for the defects identified

Thus, Enzen is looking for an experienced Oracle e-Business Suite consultant with at least 6+ years relevant experience to be the technical interface to our customer with the following expertise to work within our consulting business unit and deliver the above outcomes

Functional/Technical Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

- Strong understanding of ERP product(s), specifically Human Capital Management

- Oracle Payroll and OTL or Core-HR experience required with Oracle HCM Cloud experience preferred.

- Evidence of Functional/Technical background in HCM product area for configuration, solving errors, data corruptions, reports reconciliation and performance issues

- Technical skills in any of the following are desirable: RDBMS, SQL, PL SQL, XML, Java, J2EE and Oracle ADF, SOA and Web Services

- Understanding of structured SQL statements and how they are executed in the RDBMS (SQL/ PLSQL)

Soft Skills:

- Worked collaboratively with Business and IT stakeholders to identify the dependencies, and developed a collaborative plan

- Exhibit effective analytical skills & organizational skills

- Utility domain expertise

- Good stakeholder management at all levels including C level

- Good communication skills and act as a trusted entity with all parties involved

- Proven multicultural experience in handling difficult situations

- Seeks innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to customers

- Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions

Qualification:

- BE/B.Tech

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM
