Enzen - Energy Efficiency Leader

1. Program design, including identification, analysis and selection of appropriate energy efficiency measures and development of effective delivery strategies

2. Program implementation including development and execution of detailed and effective implementation and management plans, quality control, or program evaluation

3. Manages energy efficiency program, including project identification, development, financial tracking, and collaboration

4. Monitors the organization's energy usage. Develops and implements practices and procedures designed to reduce energy consumption and/or improve efficiency of usage. May research alternative/renewable energy technologies and determine their feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required. Must have extensive hands on experience in managing Power Automation Solutions.

Must have managed Product Sales for minimum 15 years.

Hands on experience in having managed P&L not less than 50 crores.

Excellent communicator and negotiation skills.
