Key Responsibilities

Please note - We are looking from Plantation ONLY.

FRENCH speaking and writing is a must.

- Draft and publish a safety manual detailing the basics of Company's EHS policy and procedures.

- Design a robust Audit system comprising of Policy/Management/System/Infrastructure/Process/Practice regarding EHS.

- Undertake audits based on published audit criterion either by self or through cross audit by EHS managers.

- Follow up on action plans in identified gaps as brought out during audits.

- Give inputs to project teams during greenfield/brownfield projects to build in EHS compliance during design stage itself.

- Audit project sites for compliance of EHS guidelines and work with project teams to enable compliance.

- Bring out new/unknown risks in new and existing facilities for management to take cognisance and action.

- Ensure all local/international regulatory norms are being complied with in Company's facilities.

- Coach and train EHS personnel to develop them as EHS leaders in their own work areas.

- Undertake training of plant personnel to enable knowledge is transferred to the lowest level in the plantation operations.
