Senior Product Manager, Credit

Overview :

- Yodlee's credit product team is seeking a talented Senior Product Manager. This person will be responsible for developing requirements and conveying product's vision to the credit scrum development team. This will be done by developing and prioritizing features and user stories through the product backlog. This exciting new role requires someone who has extensive knowledge of credit lending and underwriting. Thi sperson will work proactively with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver credit initiatives and guide projects through the entire product development lifecycle. The role requires someone who is able to see the big picture, capable of overseeing large initiatives with little input,and has a high standard for and quality.

Responsibilities :

- Write detailed product and business requirements for credit products, including but not limited to:functional, non-functional, and use cases in theform of user stories with acceptance criteria within VersionOne.

- Develop a comprehensive product backlog by translating credit product initiatives into user stories and prioritize the backlog.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, synthesize, and codify requirements.

- Clearly communicate the credit product vision and roadmap to the software development team. Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products.

- Balance product requirements and market impact against time-to-market and project risks. Make trade-off decisions between functionality, resources, and schedules, and communicate to stakeholders and development effectively in managing change.

- Ensure that products and product capabilities deliver an optimal userexperience, conform to the product requirements, and meet product qualitystandards.

- Represent/make decisions for the credit product management during demos and sprint planning and grooming sessions.

- Manage the full lifecycle for credit products and features from market requirements to product release, including but not limited to: concept, research, scope, specification, design, prioritization,implementation, business acceptance testing, deployment, go-to-market, maintenance, and analytics.

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of credit products and solutions. Act as thecredit subject matter product expert within the Bangalore office, and advocate for credit initiatives, programs, and projects.Stay on top of the competitive landscape and industry trendsand introduce new features that increaselender adoption and customer loyalty.

- Work with technology teams to determine plans for product implementationand deployments with business partners.

- Set operational standards, including processes and procedures for the ongoingoperation of products in conjunction with the relevant operation teams.

Qualifications& Experience :

- Deep understanding of lending and underwriting.

- Bachelor's degree required. MBA/graduate degree preferred.

- 7+ years of relevant product management experience.

- Ability to understand complex technology solutions at a business level.

- Hands on experience with writinguser stories, requirements, BRDs, and creatingmocks/wireframes.

- 2+ years-experience with Agile and/or Lean software development.

- Effective at indirectly leading software development teams.

- Strong leadership and communication skills (written and verbal in English).Ability to build consensus across various groups and levels to drive results.

- Experience with competitive and market analysis, and roadmap planning.

- Self-motivated person who can work independently and make well thought out decisions.

- Ability to work with teams in the USA and attend international conference calls across time zonesas required.

- Ability to travel internationally as required.
