We are looking for a VP/Director-Technology for our tech development team for driving Product Software Development Life Cycle which includes Engineering & Architecture Design, Business Analysis, Application Development and Management, Project &, Delivery
Responsibilities:
- A disciplined leader who can keep up with our portfolio's mission and core values and put that into well guided action in day-to-day working.
- Technology Head to spearhead the use of technology as a cutting-edge service to help in business growth while achieving operational excellence
- Product Development Roadmap, Take technological strategic/architectural decision to help optimize, mature and transform existing technology landscape thereby acting as a technology architecture and delivery leader to our global teams.
- Collaborate with all key stakeholders to contribute ideas, manage expectations to demonstrate the Technology Developments team's capability to serve businesses with solutions which are desirable, competitive and future proof.
- Having an expert capability for analyzing the business requirements from stakeholders and translating it to a clear, concise workable and a measurable plan with SLA's in place and with execution as a great strength.
- Leading and Managing end to end delivery for technology development operations for executing projects involves scoping, initiating, high level design & architecture, resource mobilization, execution within cost & agreed timelines.
- Providing professional specialized skills including business continuity planning, project management and problem analysis & resolution.
- Ability to operate being flexible and adaptable for business expansion & growth and keeping abreast with latest technologies in the market to always have a competitive edge in solution design.
- Ability to define technology strategy and implementation standards and processes and ensure their acceptance and adherence across the organization.
- Leading, mentoring, coaching, & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of SLA's.
- Demonstrated experience in handling conflicts across cultures and provide reinforcement to manage end to end expectations
- Ability to ensure teams are kept motivated with clearly defined and agreed KRA with individual and leads level accountability to carry out tasks across various teams in a cohesive fashion
- Should be able to drive the technology delivery team as an independent cost center with a focus on ROI metrics
