Manager/Senior Manager - Digital Marketing
Responsibilities :
- Serve as front-line contact for the CEO to ensure consistent, transparent communication.
- Manage the India marketing team to ensure proper cultural alignment, productivity, execution, deadlines, quality, and strategic direction are met.
- Ability to work in an environment where requests for needs come from multiple directions and will need to balance various projects across the team simultaneously while ensuring proper messaging and style are achieved throughout each project.
- Ability to - roll up their sleeves- and help to execute when needed. This is NOT just a people-management role but is expected to contribute and execute where needed to ensure success.
- Hands on experience in strategizing and leading digital marketing initiatives including SMM, SEO, E-mail Marketing, Paid Advertisement, Content Planning and PR. Should have hands-on experience in handling Marketing Automation, Lead Nurturing, Customer Journey Mapping, and executing integrated Marketing Campaigns.
Technologies Supporting the Role :
Marketing Automation : Advance knowledge of Pardot/Hubspot/Eloqua/Infusionsoft or similar
CRM : Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM or other high rated CRM Softwares
Design : MS PowerPoint, MS Office, Adobe CC (Mandatory)
Reporting : MS BI/Tableau/MS Excel (Mandatory)/Google DataStudio
Digital Marketing : Google Analytics, Adwords, SEMRush, Ahrefs, WordPress
