Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager/ Lead to drive the consumer marketing for our collectibles and media brands to grow engagement and revenue in accordance with corporate goals. The successful candidate will be charged with developing engaging marketing campaigns to reach the target audience for each product and inspire an increase in sales revenue.
The candidate will be responsible for entire product operations for the India centre and be the champion for new product innovations.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans for all the products to achieve marketing goals as per the defined objectives
- Work closely with product development and sales team to determine the most profitable course for each existing and new product
- Lead the marketing team (Digital lead generation, Social, SEO, Affiliates, PPC) to generate strong momentum ahead of new product launches and for existing products
- Create and manage social media engagement with required activities for each audience including influencer marketing
- Develop Marketing strategy and plans, positioning, analyse campaign effectiveness/ ROI, campaign optimisation, reports and dashboards.
- Focus on implementing programs that consistently generate new and repeat users for the products
- Report directly to the leadership and ability to engage with the management team within and outside of the organisation
