- Strategic role to lead and manage our Healthcare business across the globe
- Spearheading end-to-end RCM business with the total strength of 300 FTEs (Full Time Employees)
- Successfully lead & manage process operational excellence and transformation initiatives which provide client & business, benefits like increased capacity, reduced cost, reduced ops risk and improve quality of service
- P&L ownership, transition, budgets, business continuity plan, business transformation, business process re-engineering, continuous process improvement and implementing best practices across processes operations within global delivery frameworks
- New project planning, identifying scope for improvements, employee productivity metrics will be the key areas to focus.
- Managing our clients and stakeholders in the U.S.
