We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead a business unit for all functions (Product/ Marketing/ Ops/ Content/ Alliances) with PnL responsibility. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting and achieving strategic goals for the future. The goal is to support the Sales team and ensure the profitability of the BU to drive sustainable development and long-term success.
- Develop goals and objectives for the BU in sync with overall organisational goals
- Design and implement business plans and strategies to achieve goals
- Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (team/ content/ alliances/ vendors) as per need
- Plan and coordinate operations for all functions (Product/ Marketing/ Ops/ Content/ Alliances) to achieve business goals and support the market facing sales team
- Manage the team and provide feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness and work in a matrix structure across the organisation
- Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and manage reports and management dashboards
- Assess overall BU performance against objectives
- Report to the leadership team and manage communication across CXO level within and outside the organisation
- Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
